Football host Ed Chamberlin has effectively confirmed his departure from Sky Sports after changing his Twitter profile.
Sky's lead football presenter - who hosts the flagship Super Sunday and Monday Night Football games - has dropped Sky Sports from his Twitter handle.
He was previously @skysports_ed but is now simply @chamberlinsport. His profile biography also just says "sports presenter" with mentions of Sky removed.
The Racing Post and Daily Mail Sports Agenda column had previously revealed that Chamberlin was set to leave Sky to front ITV's racing coverage. With Ed Chamberlin set to leave Sky, who should replace him on Super Sunday & Monday Night Football— Footie On TV (@footieonTV) June 3, 2016
Racing is Chamberlin's first love having previously worked for a bookmaker before moving to Sky.
From next year ITV will screen some of the biggest meetings on the racing calendar having won the rights from Channel 4. This will see Chamberlin anchoring the big events including the Grand National.
The Sun has also speculated Chamberlin may also host some England football internationals.
Neither Sky or ITV have yet confirmed the move.
