The FA Cup draw is to move to a Monday night as part of a new television deal for the competition which starts in the new season.
The BBC - which shares live rights with BT Sport from the new season - has confirmed the new Monday evening draw will also take place in different locations around the country.
The corporation has also revealed it plans to give "extra prominence" to the early rounds with eight matches from the First Round and Second Round being moved to a 2pm Sunday slot to accommodate a new special BBC One Final Score show which will screen goals and key moments from those matches as they unfold. It promises "every twist and turn" will be shown in the special show with live penalties being screened and the closing moments of a key match.
Football Focus will go on the road as part of FA Cup weekends while the TV coverage will be backed up by downloadable FA Cup catch-ups across the BBC's web platforms.
Under the new TV deal, BBC One and BT Sport will show live action and highlights from each round of the competition. The BBC have the rights to 16 live games (including one semi-final and the final) while BT Sport could screen up to 24 games (also including one semi-final and the final).
