The draw will be made in a regular Monday evening slot to coincide with a new TV deal which sees the BBC and BT Sport both screening live games from the competition through to 2018.
Mark Chapman will host the draw along with Phil Neville and Derbyshire FA's coach of the year Tammy Snape.
England women's captain Steph Houghton will also be one of the guests as the draw is conducted in front of an audience of 300 people from all levels of the game.
Under the new deal BBC and BT will screen live games and highlights from the tournament from the first round proper to the final. BBC will have 16 live matches, BT up to 24.
Both will screen the final live, with both screening one live semi-final each as well.
For the first and second rounds proper, a number of games will be moved to Sunday afternoons for a special "live goals" programme on BBC One.
