They are:
Monday March 16
7.45pm Reading v Bradford BBC One
Wednesday April 8
7.45pm Blackburn v Liverpool BT Sport 1
The two dates have been chosen to fit in with a UEFA directive which means the FA can't schedule ties across Champions League and Europa League dates. They also accommodate Liverpool's current TV commitments and the international break.
Each club will receive a live TV fee of £123,750.
The winners will go through to the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley on the weekend of April 18/19.
BBC One and BT Sport will both screen one semi-final live each. The final will be shown by both broadcasters live.
