Sky Sports and BT Sport will be available combined into one subscription for the first time for Sky and BT customers from next year.
Under a deal struck by the two arch-rivals, Sky TV viewers will be offered BT Sport directly by Sky as a bolt-on to their current Sky Sports subscription or stand-alone.
Likewise BT TV customers will now be able to add Sky Sports onto their BT deal through the Sky-run NOW TV service.
The deal also covers channels like Sky Atlantic which hadn't been available to BT TV viewers.
Currently viewers wanting to access both sports services had to take out separate subscriptions with Sky and BT under separate deals.
No pricing details have been confirmed, but Sky and BT say the new arrangements should be available from early in 2019.
