Seven games from the FA Cup third round will be screened live across the BBC and BT Sport.
The BBC have selected the Merseyside debut as their plumb Friday night tie while BT's Monday night offering of Brighton v Crystal Palace will be the first match used by the FA to trial video replays for referees through the new VAR (video assistant referee) system.
Each club featured live will receive a £144,000 FA TV fee apart from the BBC Wales game where the fee is £48,000 each.
The TV selections are also notable in that for the first time in 12 years (58 ties) Manchester United's FA Cup game has not been selected for live screening.
