Bournemouth v Spurs switches from Monday night to Saturday May 4 (12.30pm kick-off) while Newcastle v Liverpool moves from Sunday to Saturday May 4 with a 7.45pm kick-off.
Man City v Leicester (originally due to be Saturday May 4) now moves to the Monday night.
Arsenal v Brighton is now in a 4.30pm Sunday kick-off (May 5) and has been added to the Sky schedule.
