CONFIRMED: FA Cup entirely FREE-TO-AIR on TV from 2021

It's been confirmed that all FA Cup live TV matches will be FREE-TO-AIR from the 2021-22 season.

ITV has snatched the rights currently held by BT Sport which will see them jointly share the competition with the BBC which extended its Cup deal with the FA earlier in the year.

The final will be screened live by both broadcasters while ITV will have exclusive live coverage of the Community Shield as part of the new four-year agreement.

The current arrangements with the BBC and BT Sport sharing coverage will continue for the next two seasons before the new deal kicks in.
